With more than 18 years of experience in management, including 12 years in IT projects, my leadership is distinguished by my ability to rally a team around a common goal while valuing the human behind each accomplishment. Excelling as an IT project director, my ambition is to lead a motivated team and to create a climate conducive to collaboration. Being part of a team that seeks to surpass itself, transform the status quo, and being a pioneer in its organizational changes is my choice for a better future. That is why my commitment to FORTES is a natural fit. When we are teenagers, choosing a career can seem like an immutable action. I would like to put the weight of this choice into perspective by sharing my experience. There is much more than traditional trades and more than one way to do them. I am proof that it can be done - my study path did not predestine me to the IT field. I am involved in FORTES to break down gender barriers and to facilitate the integration of women in our stimulating field.
