My contribution to promoting good development and delivery practices has been highlighted by establishing efficient structures, which have significantly improved the effectiveness of working methods. Beyond my professional role, I promote equality in the technology sector. By sharing my experience and mentoring other talented women, I help break gender stereotypes and open opportunities for those who follow in our footsteps.
