With a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, my journey in the IT field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) began two years ago. The beginning of my career provided me with many opportunities for learning and development. Being the only woman on my team, I noticed that there was a clear lack of female role models in this new technology. So, I joined FORTES to help women in IT build connections through the creation of conferences, events, and networking opportunities. I wish for women to be inspired and encouraged to start a career in IT and become role models in emerging specialties.
