I've always worked in a male-dominated world, whether during my master's degree or in my professional roles in IT. At first, I couldn't put into words the feeling of constant questioning that I experienced in my group projects or during my first years as a consultant. At a conference on women's leadership, I finally understood that it was imposter syndrome and that I was not the only one who felt it. As I talked to women around me, I realized that we all had experienced this feeling at some point in our journey, and most of these women still feel it. It's a very trendy topic but one that remains a big challenge for most of us. This is the main reason why I got involved with FORTES. I seek to understand and support the women around me and the challenges they overcome daily.
